1. General Terms

Welcome to VinozaHotel. By booking a stay, using our facilities, or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before making a reservation or using our services.

2. Reservation and Booking

2.1 Reservation Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit card and issuance of a confirmation number. By providing your credit card information, you authorize VinozaHotel to charge your card for the deposit amount at the time of booking.

2.2 Minimum Stay Requirements

During peak seasons (December 15 - January 15 and February 1-28), a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. For all other periods, minimum stay requirements may vary and will be clearly indicated during the booking process.

2.3 Rate Modifications

Rates are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed. Once confirmed, your rate is guaranteed except in cases of obvious error or if changes are made to the reservation.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

3.1 Standard Times

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability.

3.2 Identification Requirements

All guests must present valid government-issued identification at check-in. For international guests, a passport is required. The name on the identification must match the name on the reservation.

3.3 Weather-Related Delays

In case of severe weather conditions affecting arrival time, please contact the hotel as soon as possible. We will make reasonable accommodations for late arrivals due to documented weather-related travel delays.

4. Casino Access and Gaming Policies

4.1 Age Requirements

Casino access is restricted to guests 21 years of age and older. Valid identification is required for entry, and VinozaHotel reserves the right to refuse entry without proper identification.

4.2 Responsible Gaming

VinozaHotel is committed to responsible gaming practices. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual showing signs of problem gambling or intoxication. Please refer to our Responsible Gaming Policy for more information.

4.3 Casino Dress Code

Smart casual attire is required in all casino areas after 7:00 PM. Sports attire, ski boots, and swimwear are not permitted in the casino at any time.

5. Property Rules and Regulations

5.1 Non-Smoking Policy

VinozaHotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided. A cleaning fee of €350 will be charged for violations.

5.2 Pet Policy

Select rooms are designated as pet-friendly with prior arrangement and additional fee. Service animals are welcome throughout the property without additional charges.

5.3 Noise and Disturbance

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances affecting other guests may result in eviction without refund.

6. Liability and Damage

6.1 Personal Property

VinozaHotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property left unattended in guest rooms or public areas. In-room safes are provided for storing valuables.

6.2 Property Damage

Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by themselves or their visitors. Charges for repairs or replacement will be applied to the guest's account.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

8. Force Majeure

VinozaHotel will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms if such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts.
