At VinozaHotel, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while maintaining our commitment to providing exceptional service to all our guests. Please review the following information regarding reservation modifications and cancellations.

Modifications to existing reservations (date changes, room type, length of stay) are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments. Modifications requested within the cancellation period outlined above may be subject to cancellation fees.
Peak season is defined as December 15 - January 15 and February 1-28.

Reservations for December 24-26 and December 31-January 2 require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

We understand that alpine weather can be unpredictable. In cases of severe weather conditions:
Please note that standard weather conditions typical for an alpine environment do not qualify for special cancellation terms.
Guests who fail to arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior notification will be considered a no-show. No-shows are subject to a charge equal to the full reservation amount with no refund.
Guests who check out prior to their scheduled departure date will be charged for the entire original reservation. No refunds will be issued for early departure.
For guests seeking maximum flexibility, we offer a Flexible Rate option at a premium of 15% above our standard rates. Reservations made under this rate plan allow:
The Flexible Rate option must be selected at the time of booking and cannot be added to an existing reservation.

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of the cancellation. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
